Here is another wonderful couple that I had the pleasure of working with. We were very worried about the rain and it actually stopped just as I arrived at the hotel. And it turned out to be a beautiful wedding!

We were so worried about the weather, but it turned out to be a beautiful day!!! The dark clouds started rolling in right towards the end of the ceremony. But the rain held off long enough for us to get some awesome beach photos. I had a fabulous time with Danielle and Matt and all their family and guests. The dance floor was PACKED the entire night!!!!

We had a beautiful day here in Kenosha on Sunday. Sunny, warm, etc. Perfect day for shooting. However, we had a bit of a challenge with all the spotty lighting in the park and tons of other people in the park enjoying the beautiful day. Yes, it was a challenge….but I think we pulled it off and got some great shots. Here are just a few from our session!

It is awesome when I do a shoot and I walk away with such satisfaction! I had an incredible shoot with this fantastic couple, Laura and Jonathan. We had so much fun and these two are SO in love. I had to beg Jonathan to look at the camera sometimes, because he was too busy looking at his beautiful bride-to-be!
It was VERY tough to narrow my ‘favorites’ down to just these few.

Very excited to get these edited. We had a model shoot in Chicago this weekend to get some photos to post on the new website.
I’ve only uploaded a few (have hundreds to go through). Mackenzie ROCKED this session. Thanks Mackenzie!

Tricia and Todd’s Engagement Photos - Sneak Peek

We have had our share of snow here in Kenosha and one of my couples that have booked a wedding with me decided they would like to do there engagement shoot down by the lake with the fresh snow. First of all, that has to tell you a lot about this couple because not many are as daring as them. So, we headed to the lake for some photos. Yes, it was a bit cold, but they were troopers. Check out some of these photos, where they even took their jackets off!!!! Hey, sometimes it’s just worth freezing to get a good photo!
I really enjoyed working with Tricia and Todd. They are so in love and you can surely see that in these photos! Tricia and Todd, can’t wait to shoot your wedding. We are going to have a blast!
I’m very happy the way they are turning out and here is a sneak peek from our shoot! Some I could not decide if I liked the color version or the b&w version better, so I am posting both and you can decide for yourself.

Exciting NEWS! Vixen Intimate Photography will launch April 2010!

I am VERY excited about this. I will be starting up another side to the business that will be boudoir photography. The name of the new site will be Vixen Intimate Photography!
To get this started, I am offering boudoir sessions in Chicago on March 11th and 12th. This will be a one time only rate, so book now before all the time slots are gone.

-45 minute session (at The Intercontinental Hotel in Chicago)
-All color and b&w images on CD (high resolution)
-License to print included, so you are able to make prints anywhere you choose
-Cost is $150

Wow, amazing color in her eyes! Very nice job, wish I lived closer to get my own pictures. You can really capture beauty, maybe actually make me look good

Kelci’s Senior Photos - Sneak Peek!

I don’t know how this happens, but I get the most beautiful clients here in Kenosha. This is Kelci and she has such natural beauty. And what a trooper she is. It was in the low 50’s today in Kenosha (and a little windy by the lake) and she was brave enough to wear a tank top for a few of the photos. It was tough and she was freezing, but I think the shots we got were worth it! Her mom and sister came with and we had a blast! Her little sister, Paige, was a great help with scouting some new spots in an area that I am always shooting in. Thanks Paige!
Okay…now on to the sneak peek. Here you go! Hope you like them Kelci! I’ve got a lot more AWESOME shots to edit!
